How about we think about it in another way. Collectivization of society leads to financial failure and social disparity. So that would cover all definitions of every attempt of socialism, there has never been a socialist model that outperforms capitalism, none.

hmmm it seems like facts prove you wrong
So a 50% collapse of GDP in one year (1990) when It collapsed isn't proof. Then after opening up to semi-free markets you see a dramatic increase topping previous highs. It proves me right! Thanks.
the country collapsed before it turned communist,
The increase is do to a higher level of technology lmao
Nope, communism officially failed in Russia in 1990. Increase of tech and moneybis from opening markets back up. Thats why the U.S. was always leading the world in technology. It doesn't take massive oppression and slaughter to do well. There's no reason for communism. Just so painful to see people beg for servitude to an oligarchist elite. It's really weird. We all can research economics and you've even admitted communists will commit mass atrocities on the "proliteriate" to make sure the workers have zero political power against the polit-bureau. There's too many holes and contradictions in the "for" arguments.
