Same here! Must be an intermittent issue then. I've been trying to create my wife's account for a while now and always get the "Oops! Something goes wrong" error
UPDATE: I tried in FireFox instead of Chrome and it worked :)

Hey guys, it doesn't matter which browser I use, I always end up getting the "Oops" error, and I have been trying since this morning (it's not 3 PM) :(
