Nice. Yes, I believe most of the things Trump does looks kind of rational through a persuasion lense.
For me his tweet is more a boyish banter like thing, and not a treat. Scott Adams recently wrote a book call Win Bigly about Trump and the US election. You might find it interesting.

Yup that's the book he was promoting on the podcast. And just so I clarify myself, I actually feel strongly that Trump has an Axis II personality disorder with anti- social and narcissistic tendencies. I spent a decade assessing people's behaviors, psychological and fitness to be a parent. And I dealt with the worst of the worst and have seen a LOT of crazy people. This fella is crazy for sure but in all the selfish ways. Aside from the personality, some of his policies I have a hard time to argue with. Kicking things back onto congress and taking on the establishment was needed in some way; I just never thought it would come to this. I guess the old saying is true, "be careful what you wish for, you might just get it." Unfortunately my wish was granted but the method of getting there I never anticipated. I can only be a witness at this point and do my best to navigate the situation. Thanks for the book recommendation and feedback.
