Cedar Trees by the SeasideIt's the time of year, where we are trying to get in the last-minute things that we want to do. One of them is visiting the ocean a few more times before it gets cold as fuck!
We needed to get a few things from the area recently, so we decided that we should just make a day out of it and go to the beach. The beach is definitely my wife's favorite place, as it's where she gets the most enjoyment and peace. I don't mind because I really enjoy the beach, especially the beautiful views that we get when we are there!

Yesterday was Cat Day, but I didn't know it and still ended up doing an impromptu photo session with them, as the window light was perfect, and the cats are natural models. The cat, originally named Rorschach (after the psychological test), but nicknamed La Niña, is coquettish and seems distant, sometimes even a bit aggressive. However, when you approach her slowly, she turns out to be a very sweet animal. In fact, I took many photos of her because she didn’t want to leave my side.Then I photographed Gris, whose name lacks creativity because he's simply gray. Unlike La Niña, he’s much more affectionate. One of his flaws is that he's very gluttonous. He always tries to eat from her plate and then eats from his own, so they need to be fed at a prudent distance. He usually "poses," but this time he was sleeping, and I still liked the result.
I jokingly told them (and myself, since obviously they don't understand me) that they need to justify the food I buy for them by posing. But seriously, whenever I see the moment, I like to photograph pets. And if it coincided with Cat Day (without me knowing), it’s even better.

For this Wednesday Walk Challenge hosted by @tattoodjay, I propose a walk along Roy Street between rue Saint Denis and boulevard Saint Laurent in Montreal's Plateau district. It's the eve of Halloween, the trees are losing their leaves, and pumpkins are appearing at the foot of doors... It's my favorite season, with all its colors, before we say hello to winter.

A package of one kilogram of gluten-free flour to make arepas costs almost 5 dollars depending on the brand and if you look for it as Pan flour they have a presentation of 5 kilograms at 12.99$, to give an example.According to this, we must be clear that any diet means sacrifice and with these prices, the sacrifice is greater. I think I will keep looking around for other healthy ways of eating and that do not sacrifice so much of my pocket to comply with the diet, at least I know that in this supermarket you can get these uncommon products.
