When I was a teenager, my dad started investing in skin care products... Creams, tonics, protectors and things that I didn't really understand at the time, nor did I care about them.... How things change! Hahahaha.I just turned 34 years old... And now it's serious that I should start taking care of my skin a little more. Well, as you get older you lose collagen, radiance, it's more difficult to cover imperfections, etc.
Four years ago I went to the beach and at the time I didn't take care of myself with absolutely nothing, so like a baked chicken I exposed myself to the sun until I was roasted and after that trip I got some spots on my face that made me put my feet on the ground and start taking care of myself.

Hello, beautiful community! Today I want to share with you an experience that has filled me with emotion and joy: to open the year with a trip to La Colonia, a charming capital town of the Tovar Municipality, in the State of Aragua, Venezuela. It was founded on April 8, 1843 by a group of German immigrants from the then Grand Duchy of Baden. This destination is a true treasure that combines natural beauty with a rich cultural heritage. I have a lifetime of living in the closest town to the location, which is La Victoria, but this is my first time visiting this beautiful place, so it's amazing to share the adventure.

A few days ago, while visiting a friend’s field, I found a very beautiful flower—Melastoma candidum flower. At first, I didn’t pay much attention, but the striking purple color of its petals immediately caught my attention. The shape of the flower is also unique, especially the bright yellow stamens that curve like brush strokes on a canvas.

The last time I went out with my family to the other side of the park we couldn't enjoy the sunset much since it was cloudy and it was cold that day, but today we decided to go out since my cousin is leaving us soon, she is still little and she only came to spend her vacation here where I live, her house is two hours from here it is somewhat close and at the same time far away so we said we will go out to the park again but with the intention of picking some fruits that are grown a lot here and are called tamarinds, they are between sweet and sour but they are very good to make juices, my mother likes them because they are sweet and here in the park you can pick them and take them with you, they are for the public to grab and well, they don't get lost.

Hello my dear friends, first of all let me share with you my most sincere wishes for this year, may it be a year filled with many material and spiritual blessings but above all with lots of health. Today I want to share with you the recipe of a delicious salad that acts as a garnish in our typical Christmas dish (in Venezuela) I wanted to share it with you in the middle of the Christmas season but due to lack of time I could never do it, however better late than never 😉 below I leave you the list with the ingredients that I used for the preparation of this recipe, and before I would like to make a clarification, the original recipe includes peas, but I did not add them because it was impossible to find them (in December this is one of the ingredients that most people take in supermarkets) and there are people who like to add apples, but not me, I'll leave that to your taste.
