Hello friends of this great community, this time I prepared a delicious smoothie with a main ingredient that is fruit, which there are fruit trees very close to my house, which is the loquat. I'm not a big fan of this one, but that smoothie was 10/10. The ingredients are pretty simple, and best of all it's very easy to prepare. So here with my step by step.

*Hello beautiful community of artisans, how are you spending these days? I'm a little late decorating my March bullet journal, and I haven't had time to get down to it, and I don't like it very much when I'm late, because I feel like everything is getting out of hand hahaha😂. This month's color palette is purple again, repeating last month's, but with Women's Day I decided to use it again, congratulations to all women by the way ✨💜, let's remember that this day is a solemn commemoration of the things that women have had to go through to receive rights and also what is still missing until no one is missing, so it will be different shades of purple. Below I leave you all the photos of the process. **

People often hide under the phrase that cleanliness is next to godliness as the only strong reason they have to keep their environment clean, but do we also realize that keeping a clean environment can keep sickness and diseases at bay?

In this publication I portray my experience and that of my family in “El Paseo de Artesanos de Ezeiza” 😉. This event is very entertaining, and it is organized every now and then in our city in the square closest to Ezeiza station. As always we are going to be very interested in different ventures and different artists that present in this event. This little walk is something very recent along with the remodeling of this square, there are not too many stalls, but it is always very interesting to look around and be amazed with what we can find.😊😋 Let's see what it can offer us and what we can be interested in buying✨.

My song cover is entitle "Amazing Grace, My Chains Are Gone" This iconic song is more than just a timeless hymn - it's a powerful declaration of freedom and redemption. The lyrics 'My chains are gone, I've been set free' resonate deeply, reminding us that no matter what burdens or struggles we face, God's amazing grace can break every chain and set us free.

Some of the recipes you can make with Greek Yogurt are Greek yogurt cream with cucumber or “Tzatziki” and a Hummus variant known as “Musabaha”. By the way, I made a couple of posts with the step-by-step of these recipes. Just click on the link to see them. Returning to the topic, with this product, you can also make drinks such as smoothie which is extremely delicious and refreshing. We can also make cakes and desserts such as Greek yogurt with jam and nuts, which is one of my favorites.

A warm greeting to everyone in this beautiful #Music community. I am sharing with you my trumpet interpretation of «Ain't Got No, I Got Life», a song that fuses soul, jazz and gospel by the American singer and pianist Nina Simone. The song originally belongs to the musical Hair (1967) and is the union of two songs composed by Galt MacDermot, James Rado and Gerome Ragni. Nina recorded it for the album “Nuff Said” and it became an anthem of empowerment, racial identity and collective resilience. The lyrics speak of different material and social deficiencies, contrasting them with the possession of the body, identity and vitality. This musical piece begins with a minor key, a slow tempo, and a minimalist accompaniment (piano and voice). Then it evolves positively with a major key and a faster rhythm. The piano riffs are syncopated. I love that Jazzy Groove.

This is nothing more and nothing less than the vegan lumpia recipe, it was a huge success 😃😃😃. The recipe is very simple to make, and it turned out to be the official version, because we made many attempts that were quite complicated.

We pass the flour with a pinch of bicarbonate through a fine sieve to remove impurities and pour it into a deep saucepan. We add a pinch of salt, two tablespoons of sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla, two eggs and mix.
