If I were vegan I'd have cubed avocados sprinkled with Caprylic Acid and some sea salt... Mmm, that sounds real good right now!

I'd probably pour around a tablespoon on a single avocado.
For a savoury breakfast perhaps a little chipotle powder, lemon juice, garlic and some spring onion. I'll have to experiment and see if this works!
