People tend to think that everything new is progress
Those who expect new inventions, thinking they would be happier live in a perpetual illusion, otherwise it would be tantamount to saying that we are happier than our predecessors and more unhappy than our successors ...
Ten years ago, owning a 20 GB hard drive was considered a luxury just like a 56kbit / s internet connection. Today we are 100 times more in both categories ...
is spending 100 times less time in front of a computer or is 100 times happier ... not really, we were just as happy in 2000 because it was an advance at the time too ...
Hi @redouanemez
Kind of depressing view there @redouanemez, but I wont argue with you. There is a whole industry existing only to tell you that "buy my item - it will save you time", but the fact is that NOT using that item could save you some time... ;) If if runs 100 times faster does not matter, we still have to spend time with it.

For @Onebitnews
Our happiness does not depend on the invention in itself whatever its time, but it depends on the way we use this invention: we are happy when we use it for good and we will be unhappy if we use it for the bad.
