RE: Norwegian National Broadcasting forces us to pay to watch a random couple have sex on TV

No of course not. They belive they are serving people with quality tv..and most people repeat that mantra. But when youre redpilled its just nonsense. They dont report on anything important. News are just death murder rape. And documentaries are boring non juicy stuff. If they did a good job they would report on stuff like cryptos, steemit, and actually educating people away from the chains of school system , wrong thinking, money management. All the stuff that people dont have a clue about and which is inhibiting their lifes and hapiness. But their agenda just seems to be the usual propaganda about the welfare state and the diverse society.

The part I disagree with is that they force you to pay for the privilege of TV that, at best, is TV that you're not interested in. At worst, it's TV that you believe is having a negative impact on society.

How do they charge you in Norway? Do they charge everyone a flat fee? Do you pay directly to them, or is it included in other taxes?

In Germany, there was a separate company or government group (not sure of their status). They would send you bills and send people over to look in your windows to count how many TVs you have. I lived in apartments and never answered the door while I lived there.

Right now you have to pay a fee twice a year if you own a tv. Luckily its not nescesarry to have a tv to watch hbo or netflix or even nrk. (Not that i watch nrk anyway) but the ruling party has suggested a flat tax for every citizen through the tax system. Its currently being paid directly to them. They have a "swat team" that comes kbocking on your door every now and then. There has been stories about them just walking into peoples homes. My brother experienced that. He was watching tv and all of a sudden an unknown person was standing in his livingroom..
