Hi steemians sharing with you my portrait drawing of Jake Gyllenhaal. It took several hours and was done on A3 paper. I used severeal pencils however, the 6B was not dark enough so I used pen for the darkest tones in the drawing. I wanted to capture his sad expression on his face.
That is absolutely Top portrait Ian, love the eyes, they are full of thoughts and worries. You are great in pencil works. But I still remember your Oil paintings, they are stunning, I hope you will present one day one of your Oil painting too :)

Thank you, I don't have the equipment for oils at the moment but I do feel like I should get back to them soon. :)
