Great post, with a great structure! We really have to understand that the gut bacteria influence us more than we think - both positively and negatively. Recent studies such as this have shown that there might be a strong connection between our gut bacteria and the development of neurodegenrative diseases. It is definitely worth considering that.

Thanks for your kind words. I help care for an elderly relative. Sadly, the older you get, the harder it is to stave off inflammation. I keep bringing her prebiotic food, hoping it will help. I'm not elderly, but I'm not young when compared to most people here. So I think it's one of the best things to do to help stay healthy.
