But then again I am seeing a baseball bat, fittingly enough with two holes it. I played baseball with some people, and at times I too had these mysterious holes in my bat that would allow my bat to evade the baseball.

The top one also reminds of a paddle that I used get quite often when I was very young and out of line. Although much to my horror it is slotted for improved aerodynamics, this would qualify as a rendering of the newest model.
