I don't really know what to think about this statement. So, according to her, there are at least 2 more people that knew what was going to happen besides the shooter. Accomplices? Is this statement taken seriously by the authorities investigating the case? If the statement is true then those 2 people are very important to understand what happened.
Could have just been some crazy lady.
Hopefully the security some how managed to take a video or photo of the person.
