Agreed on the panic.
Interesting comments on the video on YouTube. A lot talking about how the shots sounded like a belt fed light machine gun. But that's just speculation, not facts we can find like you're asking for.
could also be a drum magazine
some of the bursts sounded longer than a mag would; you's need to slow down audio and count the shots
