I think you should calculate your body mass index. If it's over 25, it means you're fat, but I don't think so. You can go to gym if you think your body parts are saggy. You can drink less sugar drinks and you can eat less fat food. You can try beef instead of pork meat.

Those are just few advices from intern doctor.
