If you started gaining weight recently, maybe something in your routine has changed. You could try to figure that out. Sometimes stress can cause weight gain too.
Otherwise, if you don't already exercise consistently, you could find a form of exercise that you enjoy and do it consistently (or more often).
If you're a fast eater, try slowing down - sometimes you are full but your stomach hasn't told your brain yet :D
If you are fat, then in the contests of Miss Universe all are fat ,,,, and remember this "there is no ugly woman if not badly arranged" greetings and you are very nice, you do not have a kilo-gram of more,
I think you should calculate your body mass index. If it's over 25, it means you're fat, but I don't think so. You can go to gym if you think your body parts are saggy. You can drink less sugar drinks and you can eat less fat food. You can try beef instead of pork meat.

My non skinny advice. Do what you love and take away sweets. Be active and in motion and eat what you love.
