I have a couple of different essential oils I use and find them mindfully and peacefully beneficial.
Lemon grass is one.
I love picking fresh herbs.
Sage,Rosemary and mint.

I agree! I use different essential oils and fragrance oils in my candles and soaps sometimes. But I have pet rats so I have to be kind of careful with fragrance in my own house. They have very sensitive respiratory systems.
