This is fricking awesome.
But how do you know which ingredients to add to the different oils to make it better? Also what is the difference between an anointing and abundance oil? Are those purchased somewhere or can you make them?
These are questions a bonehead needs to have explained, lol!

lol Well, I'm no expert by any means... First -- ingredients in the oils. Well, ingredients for ANYTHING, actually... Can be all in the eye of the beholder. So, some of these things have an historical president with other cultures and especially pre-Christian history and folk magic. But SO much culture and history were lost, especially because none of it was written down. Much of the stuff is new, only a generation old, and loosely based on history -- or simply what people decide to do! There is much freedom in this sort of thing because there isn't a book of rules.
So. Ingredients. Herbs, flowers, rocks, things dealing with the phases of the moon, and things dealing with earth/air/fire/water are very common "ingredients" with various meanings. Some meanings are a bit more universal (think of how red things, roses, rose quartz, and rose oil are likely going to be tied to things dealing with love and affection) and some are completely what a person wants them to be. So, that said... For a money/wealth/prosperity spell, (or any other) you are going to be looking for things that represent it in some way, especially if it is meaningful to you. So, certain colors of money are a common choice, whether those things are rocks, herbs, flowers, or candles. You are probably familiar with aromatherapy? People believe that certain smells of essential oils "do" certain things, such as calm someone or energize someone, etc. So, those smells, herbs, etc. might go well in incense or oil as well. It can all be mixed and matched, for the most part, based on whatever a person thinks they want to do.
Lots of things can be used for "anointing". In a way, it's a lot like when someone gets baptized, I suppose. The water gets blessed by someone considered worthy of doing so, and then the water gets dumped on the baby and whatnot, thereby passing on its significance to the baby. So, in a roundabout way, is an anointing oil. Moon water is such a thing... It's just water that has been left under a full moon, to gather the moon's energy, Or one could even do that with the sun as well. And then use that water to, sort of, bless their stuff. So I guess you could look at anointing as more of the action, rather than the substance. And whatever substance is being used to anoint the stuff, to make the stuff be special in some way? lolol I'm rambling.
The abundance oil, on the other hand, is an anointing oil that is made specially to "bless" stuff for the purpose of creating success, wealth, money, and abundance. I could have called it a money drawing oil, or prosperity oil, too, and it would have meant the same.
Yes, they can be purchased, and yes, they can be made. They most likely will be made by someone and made available for purchase. For example, I made the abundance oil to go in my Etsy shop so people could buy it in different kits with candles and other things if they want to try to concentrate on bringing themselves more prosperity using such things, and would include a bottle of the oil as well.
Awesome! Thank you for the clarification! I do gotta admit. When people start mentioning oil the first thing that pops in my head is 10w-30. Lol.
I will check those out. Im always interested in stuff from "the old days' of human history. I'm one of those people that believe we've been on this planet a lot longer than everybody thinks.
And yeah... being a Subaru enthusiast, I can understand the oil thing. lol

My personal interest is in an animistic world view, which was likely the first and longest-lasting world view until organized religions became popular, as in... the beginning of humans being humans world view. I am also very interested in Norse mythology and the crossovers of germanic and Celtic mythology and gods, etc. Very cool stuff.
Yes it is! I love how all the old stories from different cultures are all either intertwined and very similar to each other. Makes one wonder if humans were are lot more closely intermingled or if we all came from a common ancestry and the stories were all plagarized from the same one. LOL!
