- Submit a Story
- Tag it with a hot tag regardless of content
- Send 0.001 SBD to @berniesanders @smooth @ned @dantheman @blocktrades or any other whale you can think of and tell them how great your post is.
- PM everyone on rocketchat and tell them about your great post.
- Go on trending and Spam a link of your post in the comments of each trending story.
- If after doing all that, you did not get any up-votes, then this guide has worked for you.

I would then add the following to your list:
find whales on twitter and Tweet them your story.
Join every Steemit Facebook group in existence, including Steemit China and Steemit Russia.
Place one post in each group and write, "Check out my new awesome post" then put your link with it.

Here are all the FB Steemit groups I'm currently a member of. We use them when we are violated, harassed and also when other people too scared to come forward are being bullied on steemit. But mostly, I use it to help me find posts I'm interested in reading. I find some there and then I go on Steemit to read and upvote. It's a way to cut down on endless scrolling.

And if tweeting doesn't work, maybe they just missed your tweet and want to see it on instagram or snapchat or facebook. Because it can't be that they are annoyed with every other post begging for upvotes. It's not like that many people see a whale nipple and latch on for dear life. The people that do this have the most quality game changing content! :)

Then complain that steemit doesn't work and that it is not you, but others who are not seeing the value you bring.
Pay special attention to not shorten the url when you are link spamming and make no reference to anything in the blog post that you are "commenting" on.
Act shocked and outraged when someone flags your spam and go on a rampage against them even though your small reputation prevents you from doing damage.
Upvote all comments you make, because why would you upvote others content when you can just upvote your own.
