I agree with all changes :)
I really don't want to have to create a detailed list of every sleazy thing that a few people are doing that I won't put up with going foward. So just take this as your warning that if you are trying to gain additional votes or steal part of the bounty with unearned upvotes my flag button works just fine. More then willing to use it when it's earned.
is a shame it.. they just participates to try to get money
i think, eventually, you could consider make a preview list before submit the entries into the contest. Even submit all entries at the same time, or no more 2 o 3 days after the contest start.
@steem-bounty of 3 SBD has been created. I will only upvote entries for the Author's 80% of the Bounty. No other comments will be upvoted as the goal is to reward those who enter the contest.
Each entry will get part of the Bounty!

currently i see a few people commenting in post with bounty and then, they upvote with bots to obtain a huge part of the Bounty
