This looks very interesting. I haven't heard of PEvO before, but I took a look at their website, could you share a little bit more about it? Is it like an ICO or just a project on the platform?

It's a project for steem, and will be run as a non-profit. The initial funding is provided by my witness, later on we hope to receive enough support from the scientific community to keep it up.
