How many "engine-tokens" do you know which are successful in the long-term? Most of them are inflated and their prices begin somewhere with 0.000...
The issuance of a token should be a well thought out, long-term process. You need attractive use cases and incentives for people to hold, stake or buy it. I think we should examine the few successful examples further.The current cryptocurrency-bull didn't reach Steem and Hive, they even fell further in last weeks. Maybe you should thoroughly prepare the issuance of a new token, but wait until the bull reaches Hive (and/or Steem) again. (Like in December 2017-January 2018.) In a bull run, I see much more chance to a success. (But the bull may come fast, in some days or weeks.)
What if the bull never comes? In this case, it may be futile to create a new token.
