In years past the chain was vulnerable to spam attacks driving up the cost of nodes.
It made sense then to be nazis about content not clogging up the blocks.
Those days are gone.

I think it is time to loosen content requirements.
With so many 2nd layer coins selling their coins for hive votes we might as well have never run the bid bots off, too.
How delegating for a return, or paying for rewards in a 2nd layer token, is not vote buying/selling defies rational logic, imo.

Why this blind spot is tolerated is beyond me, it sure makes the content nazis look tyrannical.
