Here is my entry for the colourfulphotography contest.
In Western-style food, every raw material must be precise in cakes. Otherwise, there is a big difference between the final presentation and what you imagine .
Some people said that cooking Chinese food was not so. In fact, I think they have the similarity. For instance, making steamed buns, one of the Chinese staple food, also require precise ingredients,such as flour, yeast, water, temperature. If you don't, the food you make might not good to eat.
西餐里得甜点如蛋糕，制作过程中，每一种原料都必须精确，否则最后成品的样子和口感都会和你的想象会有很大差距。
有的人说中餐里做菜就没有这么麻烦。调料放多少完全凭个人喜欢的味道，口味清淡就少放一点盐，口味重的就多加一些，也没有什么影响。
虽然做菜没有什么大的影响，但是像中餐里的面点，比如包子，馒头制作啊，其实和西餐里的甜点蛋糕，面包差不多。酵母的用量，水的多少，所需要的温度等其实也都要求非常精确，如果不是很精确，那么做出来肯定也会差一些。
所以中餐和西餐在面点制作上也有相似的一面。

The combination of the white cream and the colourful fruits is amazing! And I just love the way how creatively it is decoreated! Must be so much fun letting your creativity flow and decorate cakes! I used to do a lot of cupcakes and decorate them. Sometimes I didn't even want to eat them and just made them for my neighbours and friends. I just enjoyed decorating them :D

wow! amazing picture, the fruity essence at the top sitting on this elegant white base, looks like jungle angels having a party high on the clouds! i really like that picture and i really want to taste that cake, this is almost perfect!
