Slowly they started off into the desert. It would be weeks before the caravan saw green again, weeks until they had fresh water. It was likely most of them wouldn't return. But they needed to cross the desert. It was the only way to escape the horrors that they had left.. They hoped above all hope that those horrors wouldn't follow them across the sands.
