Our new companion is a fabulous model

In the early summer our household welcomed this adorable kitty named Luna. She's both feisty and snuggly and, as you can see, loves to pose for the camera. Let me know which shot is your favorite. :)

I like the last one! Adorable! By the way I have watched the documentary about juice fasting that you told me about.I was wow...utterly impressed by how much weight those 2 guys managed to shake off. Just by doing this. It inspired me so much that I started today, my goal is at least 7 days. I am curious about it only that I do not know how much juice should I drink. I also use a blender to do the juice, does it make any difference?

Great to hear you liked it! It's incredible what can be achieved when we give body a rest and cleanse it with healthy fluids. Losing weight is just a side effect, the main thing is that it removes toxins and allows the body to heal itself. I'm engaged in a raw vegan/fruitarian community and have heard countless, mind blowing stories about such transformations.
As for the juice fast, you can read two articles I previously posted. I would suggest to start slowly, maybe try 2-3 day juice fast for starters, or simply incorporate one fresh juice as your daily meal. After you are more comfortable with it and you started eating more raw fruits and veggies, then you can go on a prolonged fast. I won't judge you if you want to jump into it straight away haha, but there might be more detox symptoms when someone who eats relatively unhealthy jumps into a fast without transition. It can also be dangerous if you don't properly break a long fast. Depending on how long it was, you should slowly ease back into eating - first by eating water rich fruits, then adding salads and eventually moving back to some more dense food.
Do you strain the liquid after blending? If not, then it's more of a smoothie. Unlike juices, smoothies have fiber in it which means digestion is still going on so it's not the ultimate healing. Juices go straight into the system - no digestion. Smoothies are excellent as well, of course, they just have a slightly different purpose.
For a day of juicing a minimum is about 4 liters. I used to drink 5-6l which is quite a lot, so it takes some time and money to do it properly. Basically, whenever you feel hunger you drink juice. :)
If you are on IG, I saved a highlight with some juice recipes I made during the challenge. I can also point you to some other people who documented their fasting journey if you are interested in learning more about it.

Ok this is a lot of information! I drank it as a smoothie, I can totally understand the no digestion part and the healing that one can get from it.

So I am just making smoothie first to get accustomed with the process.

I find it easy for the moment this is day 2 and I feel good , a little bit hungry hahahaha, but not something that bothers me immensely
Question: what kind of juicer would be ideal I saw that those kind of juicers have a lot of parts, I suppose it is quite tedious to have to take 15 parts and assemble them in order to make a juice lol. Any good brand you recommend?

I would love the whole guidance you can give for sure, I am interested in eating as healthy as I can.

I will check the IG

P.s. so now you are still on juice only diet? Your post looked awesome, the juices looked so cool.

So I will turn to you for great juice recipes, this is so nice

Slow, vertical juicers are better compared to centrifugal ones as they extract more juice and let less oxygen inside the juice. It's a bit slower process because you have to cut the produce into smaller pieces. They are also more expensive. Some good, popular options are Nama (made by the guy from the documentary :) ), Omega, Kuvings... You can also just grab a regular, centrifugal juicer, you can't go wrong with it.
I'm not on a juice fast now. My day of eating usually consists of a juice, big banana smoothie, big salad and something like baked veggies, mushrooms, potato (or if I'm 100% raw that day, two salads), and a fruit meal or a smoothie bowl (blended bananas-milk-honey-peanut butter on top of berries/nectarines/mango...). Will go on a juice fast again in the summer when watermelon season comes, and there's more fresh produce available. :)
Smoothies are excellent, I just love making them as they are easy for digestion.
Here are some more people you can follow. Already mentioned Kristina for great recipes and Lisa with the similar content, Jeff has tons of experience with fasting, Shane also shares plenty of valuable info, Luminous raw and Nathan documented their fast very nicely, Dr Morse is a gold mine of good information and has videos helping people with their health issues.
I hope it helps. :)

I checked out the Kuvings, they seem to have great reviews, now this is on my list

I will check them all, thanks so much for the resources🤗

Amazingly curious,
the shadow of her reflection in the window! It's like symbols in metaphors and metaphors in symbols fused :))

Good "food for contemplation":)
Lovely Luna!!

Yes, it's fun to think in terms of different layers and reflections. Seeing the same thing from opposing perspectives. :)

That line was also interesting,.. I'll ponder it with my Cinnammon Coffee now :)

I see shadows not as "opposing" aspects of oneself, but as the "rejected aspects". And mirror reflect the exact thing with a reversed, not opposing perspective. So, from here, the cat is reflected in the window - he sees his self-reflected, the "light aspect" of him being reflected... nevertheless the shadow inevitably follows if it is still not fully embraced :)))) The wise philosophical Cat sowing riddles for us .... Cute little Luna has just been promoted :))

Really lovely photos!!

First one my friend 😁👍

Great choice! :D

Very nice pictures. The cat is really cute!

She's very happy to hear that! :D

I don't have a favorite... I like them all; but then, perhaps it's because I love cats :>)

Same here, can't get enough of them :D

She is adorable! Such wonderful photos, thank you, @alcibiades. I do love them all, however, as you asked for us to pick one, I will go with the second one.

Annabelle.

Well i always wish to have cat as a pet but here in my country its not very common 😃
