RE: Our new companion is a fabulous model

Ok this is a lot of information! I drank it as a smoothie, I can totally understand the no digestion part and the healing that one can get from it.

So I am just making smoothie first to get accustomed with the process.

I find it easy for the moment this is day 2 and I feel good , a little bit hungry hahahaha, but not something that bothers me immensely
Question: what kind of juicer would be ideal I saw that those kind of juicers have a lot of parts, I suppose it is quite tedious to have to take 15 parts and assemble them in order to make a juice lol. Any good brand you recommend?

I would love the whole guidance you can give for sure, I am interested in eating as healthy as I can.

I will check the IG

P.s. so now you are still on juice only diet? Your post looked awesome, the juices looked so cool.

So I will turn to you for great juice recipes, this is so nice

Sort:

Slow, vertical juicers are better compared to centrifugal ones as they extract more juice and let less oxygen inside the juice. It's a bit slower process because you have to cut the produce into smaller pieces. They are also more expensive. Some good, popular options are Nama (made by the guy from the documentary :) ), Omega, Kuvings... You can also just grab a regular, centrifugal juicer, you can't go wrong with it.
I'm not on a juice fast now. My day of eating usually consists of a juice, big banana smoothie, big salad and something like baked veggies, mushrooms, potato (or if I'm 100% raw that day, two salads), and a fruit meal or a smoothie bowl (blended bananas-milk-honey-peanut butter on top of berries/nectarines/mango...). Will go on a juice fast again in the summer when watermelon season comes, and there's more fresh produce available. :)
Smoothies are excellent, I just love making them as they are easy for digestion.
Here are some more people you can follow. Already mentioned Kristina for great recipes and Lisa with the similar content, Jeff has tons of experience with fasting, Shane also shares plenty of valuable info, Luminous raw and Nathan documented their fast very nicely, Dr Morse is a gold mine of good information and has videos helping people with their health issues.
I hope it helps. :)

I checked out the Kuvings, they seem to have great reviews, now this is on my list

I will check them all, thanks so much for the resources🤗
