Antelope Island is the largest island located within in Greater Salt Lake, Utah, United States. This island becomes a peninsula when the lake is at extremely low levels. The island is known for its picturesque beauty, especially at sunrises and sunsets. My friend sent me these pictures of the island. I'm happy to share the beauty of Utah.

Great photography. I used to live in Moab, UT. Red rock formations everywhere. There's plenty of opportunity for great photography in Utah. ;)

The sand on the shore of the second photo looks awesome to me. The mountains look really cool also and oddly makes me want to climb them lol. I've never been to Utah before and these pictures make the area seem like a quite environment for finding one's self. Thank you for sharing. Take care!

Me and my partner are planning a trip to America. I lived in Wisconsin for a year, so I want to show him that area. Looking at those photos made me consider a visit to Utah as well. What a wonderful landscape.
Do you have any other suggestions? Jonathan really wants to go and visit Denver for some reason.. seems like a cool place too.

utah is SO lovely! I've never been to antelope island but i have been to antelope canyon in arizona not too far away and it is by far one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to!
The area looks more like a steppe not much trees, I am wondering if there are some antelopes. Beautiful sunset!
