I wonder if the designer was a member of the 101st Airborne Rangers and that is why they chose the 101st floor instead of the 103rd floor so there could be no doubt of being the highest "outdoor observation deck"?
Cool shots once again, I think I liked the last one the most, kind of reminiscent of the Famous California Redwoods Circle Picture of looking up from the ground to the canopy.
I did wonder why they picked that floor and that could be a reason I guess, but even if they built it on the 103rd floor no doubt one day there will be a higher one
yep, the need to one-up man-ship the competition. A few non military people might wonder, but I would think that there is a significance of the 101st floor, whether it is as I guess or some other reason. Still a nice view no doubt from that floor, and open to the wind and mother nature, It would be a cool place to visit.
Yes indeed I am sure there was some reason for it on that floor, hopefully one day I will be able to share photos from up there
