The squash and zuchinni flowers are very similar. This looks exactly like a zuchinni flower and these are edible. I’ve seen cooking shows where they dipped them in tempura batter and fried them. Apparently they are quite deliscious although I haven’t tried them yet.

I haven't tried them either because they are fried in oil and I'm trying to avoid that but I would taste one :)

Well, I forgot to say, they stuff them with an interesting filling and if I was going to fry anything I’d use coconut oil, but I don’t fry food much at all. 😊

And yes, zuchinni is right as well :)
