I think the fly agric mushrooms are one of the most beautiful mushrooms you can find out there except from the bioluminescence you can find out there, but I never saw one of them. Last year when i visited the mountains in Salzburg and Tirol Austria for some hiking together with Stefan, we found several places with mushrooms, Stefan is not so much into mushroom photography and i think he didn't even take a picture of these beautiful red mushrooms. But i like them very much because of their color and i took several pictures whenever i found some of these mushrooms.

Yes, but they are not so toxic than several other mushrooms here. It is illegal to sell it as psycho-drug in Austria but as always there are some that abuse the law. I never tried it and i also will not try it because it should be very difficult to get the right dose of the mushroom because the poison is not homogenous spread all around the mushroom and sometimes a small piece has much more effect than a bigger one.
