not a permit to film, if you are going to play with fire it's usually a good idea to call the fire department first so then they don't show up and try to put it out, they may or may not require a permit. They might want to play with fire with you if you are doing something fun. They are all pyromaniacs. Or just go down to the LA river. Usually around here they will remind you that you don't need a permit if you say it is a cooking fire and thank you for letting them know. They don't really want to go put something out if they don't have to. Then if someone calls to report your fire they say "thank you we know"
