Nah, we thought about it but at my age now...Probably not a thing. Besides the adoption process here is mental, as in convolute, costly and time consuming. Nah, we accept our fate and pour our love into cats and our niece and nephew.
She is literally a living Doll! We are all thrilled.
As far as me, I was told all I need is a red suit.... At least I would be in the right season, LOL!

My Wife was adopted, might be an option?
But we support kids overseas (Kenya and Eithiopia) that my Son calls them my Rent a Kids...kind of fun.

Understood, I am retired myself...that is why I only do rent a kids right now.
