lol! What is tough about her job is that it is 12 hours long and many days it's on her feet the entire time. Since she doesn't smoke. The people who smoke only work one third as much because they allow them to take smoking breaks every hour!

No, it's a very strange place. Everyone who runs the place smokes too so no one complains. lol. But the non-smokers are working so much harder than everyone else, it's just amazing. So I guess that's just the way it is.
That is the reason I started smoking when I was in my 20's, I was working at a factory and everyone who smoked got to go out and have an extra break every hour and the rest of us had to keep working so I said " I smoke!" and started smoking because of that.
She is nice but I wouldn't want to do what she does!
I can understand this - it is hard work and it is dangerous work, and we don't want dangerous work 😉

It is unfair, but I think, if the bosses are smoking too, you cannot do much.
