Yes, I should do some exercises, but since I don't feel any pain anymore I have stopped these.
I just try to sit more straight up and stand up from time to time, I stretch and bend my neck ... sounds !DERANGED I know ;)

Plus the hiking probably helps keep you strong. You should probably do more of that. lol.
Yes, I think my hikes and walks are good for me and my neck and my back ;)
If I had enough time I would know quite a few hikes which I would love to make, but these are long hikes which would take more than only one day.

I have never done wild camping, but of course, if I had the time to go for such long hikes I would certainly camp in the wild nature. If Big Foot wants to join me he would have to take a shower first ;) lol

That depends on my wife, but I don't think she wants to stay in a tent over night - she doesn't like camping ;)

Ah ha! Neither does Mrs. J. ..her idea of camping is staying in a hotel that doesn't have very good room service. That is her idea of roughing it! lol.
