Oh my goodness yummmm! Those candied lemons :O And you said New Zealand, Woohoo!! I'm a kiwi :D ! I like your description of a pine tree and a strawberry having a baby & that's a cranberry lol. I have cooked with cranberries once & made a cranberry rhubarb sauce with coconut for an ice cream topping. It was good, other than that I find them pretty sour but this tart looks super sweet & delicious!!

It was so good!! I wing most things I make & always forget to write the recipe down as i go. I have tried a couple of food posts, they're actually harder than they look so kudos to you for making them look amazing! - You could create a delicious one, if you do let me know ^_^ okay I found a picture of it.. tasted a little better than presentation.
