The coolest Tinkerbell I've ever seen :)... lol. Only in NY, indeed. So funny!
Now for the relax issue: I can't relax. My mind is very noisy and my ears too (I have something chronic in them). For (trying to) relax I write and sleep (as much as I can). But I don't sleep much either. Otherwise I enjoy working around my photos and that gives me a lot of pleasure, which I think can be similar to relaxing.

With age I now can relax a bit occasionally, but still perhaps at best I slow my mind down a little, it runs so fats most of the time, thats why photography is good for me gets me out walking a bit and looking for and taking photos is good for me slows me down just a little, but at the same time I will most likely be thinking about two or free work projects and coming up with solutions or action plans
as for sleep again age is showing I used to average between 3 and 5 hours sleep a night max from about 14 till about 50, now I sleep about 5 hours a night week days and on weekends get at least one night with 7 hours sleep if I sleep any more I feel worse
I have an alarm on my phone to go to bed early on the working days. And it works! Now I can sleep around 7h per night.
Thats good I find each person has there own amount of sleep they need I do not believe what many say that everyone needs 8 hours sleep
Science says that, I guess...
Depends which science you read, one book I was given when I was offered a membership with Mensa back when I was 14 had an interesting article on the need for sleep, I remember showing it to my parents because they always felt I didnt sleep enough :)
My son told me one day when he was 3 years old, in Scotland, it had been the first day of his life he had slept... ever
Kids say the funniest things :)
