I found these sparkling in the light after a fresh spray of water. It's kind of odd to take pictures of colorful flowers in black and white. By not capturing the color, your mind can focus in on the form and contrast alone. Made from shutter to print by me. Click the image to see it bigger.

Yes! A lot of it will be reinvested into photo equipment and development. I could use a faster 50mm Nikkor manual focus lens :)

Black and white has its own beauty. A black and white photo always seems like there is a story to it :)
I shouldn't have called them characters to start with. They're individualists. They've grown up in a free and easy atmosphere. (All Flesh is Grass, Clifford D. Simak)
