Salut à tous, un burger avec du potimarron à la place du pain.

Couper les extrémités d'un potimarron et faire cuire le tout au four. Avec le reste vous pouvez faire une purée par exemple.

Pour la garniture j'ai fait un concassé de tomates, oignons, salade, fromage à raclette.

Quand tout est cuit monter votre burger.

Il ne se mange pas avec les doigts, mais vous ferez sensation avec ce burger.
