It's something we don't do over here, but a friend of mine who comes from Finland does the same and goes back to Finland each year just to pick mushrooms :D So cool.

I have actually read somewhere that there is a huge controversy about mushroom picking in Europe. Some nations love it while others find it disgusting :D So the Dutch are somewhere in the middle? :)
Haha - We just don't really have an opinion on it - we might not have enough nature/woods to sort of make this a habit :-) Most of our country is a city state anyway :D I know I was surprised when the Turkish people in our country went berry picking near the water I lived at when I was younger - it's just not something 'we' do, but people from other cultures did it anyway :-)
Haha, we pick berries too :) Actually, I think we pick everything that can be picked :D
