I can not even imagine what you feel when you look at these photos ... You have to be very strong to keep yourself in this. Many years ago I wanted to go with peacekeepers to Yugoslavia. My father supported my decision. But they did not let me in because I was divorced and I had a small child.

I don't know how this sounds, but it never really bothered me. It hurt when I saw kids get killed or animals (there were guys that shot at animals for fun) But the fighting never really bothered me much.
I think I understand. Children and animals are rarely to blame. They suffer innocent. Adult people choose their own destiny. I am often reproached that I am helping animals, not people.
