We wish for strength to find the weakness of others.
We long for favour, wishing others to be unfavoured.
We paint our pictures white, while painting others black.
We clam richness, wishing others to play the poorer drum,
coming to us for help.
We hate submission but we expect others to be submissive.
We reject others, seeking for acceptance.
We attack others, hoping not to be attacked.
We seek for support, wishing others to be opposed.
We claim to win, longing for others to lose.
We seek for unity in our family, longing for separation
in other's family.
In this life "what goes around comes around."
Treat others the same way you want to be treated.
Thanks for reading through.
See you another time.

Hello! I find your post valuable for the wafrica community! Thanks for the great post! @wafrica is now following you! ALWAYs follow @wafrica and use the wafrica tag!
I've observed this too, we make laws for others to obey, laws that we ourselves don't follow. In fact I saw this everywhere and it led me to conclude that in one way or another we are all hypocrites. I wonder what you think
You are very true my friend. This hypocrisy is the right word which is keeping us
from prospering. It's about time "we turn a new leaf," if we want to
progress in life. Thanks for contributing. @fearless
It seems so easy but yet we forget it all the time!
Thanks for reminding this! Love is everywhere!
"Easier said than done," that's what we are noticed for.
We must practice what we preach. Thanks for going through my piece.
@spellmaker.
This should be one of the first lessons we teach our children, as through education only we can change for the better.
You are also making an important point. Teaching our children about this is
a great idea and this will go a long way to instill motherly love in them.
Thanks for such a lovely contribution. @lymepoet.
Nice thought for the day. I just remembered a quote after reading your poem.
I'm glad my poem did remind you of that... @bala41288
