Thank you Nancy. Life expectancy isn't what it used to be here in the U.S. either, it's actually going down. I think it's possible to age gracefully though. I've watched many people around me achieve it. I think it's a combination of moderation/movement throughout life and staying engaged and genuinely interested in the world, that unquenchable curiosity, you know?
