Thank you my friend! I really appreciate your thoughtful comment, never worry about them being long. This is such a rare thing on the platform these days. How interesting about those two different approaches to living life! I think maybe it's best to follow both of those philosophies as situations dictate. I prefer to be attached and present when dealing with the people I love but like to have that 30,000ft view when it comes to long term goals and big decisions. Thank you, I hope you have a great weekend!

Sorry about only responding now! I had one of those weeks were I could not really breathe. Conference at which I presented a paper, and other stuff which I needed to tackle but which I would have loved to have that 30,000ft view on! As I am not sure how they will affect and impact the future! Either way, I hope you are doing well and that you will have some time to bake again!
No problem at all! It sounds like a very busy week! All is well on this end. We're just getting ready for our big move. I'll definitely be baking again once we're settled into the new house at the end of November.
I saw the post about this, or I think it mentioned the move. Best of luck, and I wish you a speedy sourdough-bread-recovery! I am sure that your kitchen will smell lovely with that first loaf in the over. Keep well!
