Absolutely, as I know you well enough now to describe you as a critical thinker, artist, poet and scholar I also know you are able to look into my work and find value / connect with value if it moves you to do so! For this I'd like to say thank you. For your efforts in reading my work and giving feedback to me. Of that I find immense value and really value your support of my work. The first phrase you mentioned is discussing the point of 'completeness' or 'contentment' if something is tearing us in pieces or causing us discontentment, that is the specific thing we need to address immediately and try to resolve. We must feel content, complete and loved. That I believe holds the keys to happiness. We definitely need to work for what we want, it wont come without us first recognizing we want it and then aligning our body and spirit through our actions in an endless pursuit to get it! That's how we can build a future we can be proud of. All while living and remaining aware of the present moments (because thats the gift if we can recognize it and really be a part of it!). Take care.
