Let me know about your interest in poker for / with steem!
Noticing that numerous people are interested in potentially playing #poker for Steem.
However I have not been able to get a group together (at the same time). So I would like to ask when people would like to play. There is twnety (20) Steem (Backed) Dollars on reserve for a future freeroll whenever there is a group of players interested that are able to play at the same time. Thank you to @sykochica for donating the funds for this (future) event.

Looking back to see if there were in fact some interest for votes I found 7 votes. But more importantly thanks to @blocktrades instead of thinking about offering my vote to poker stake me idea back. I am just going to do it again this week. If someone as valuable as blocktrades voted in interest then I and others should be interested too, right?
This post may serve as an interest in me playing poker again for stake of votes (with comment).
If you would like to get back in the action and vote for my poker stake for a stake in my poker winnings (if any), then please vote and comment with: Poker Stake Vote and whatever else you like to add to be included in my next poker vote stake play which will occur sometime in the next week at my leisure. Post will be published with results and payouts. Going to roll part of the proceeds into a growing bankroll and equity plan of which more details will come about over time. Part of the reason I stopped offering this idea is because interest as well as value went down. Then my time in doing so did not prove worth it. However because of interest in this initial poker vote post I had met and made some good contacts in the steemit community. This led to me being involved in #steemprentice. Then my Steemprentice Spotlight. Then being invited to Beyond Bitcoin. Thanks to all of you. As some know I have challenges in my life that deter my full potential. Over time things may fit and flow better.

Thank you for your interest @blocktrades. Because of the choice of how to weigh the stake evenly or by steem power as was considered before I would like to ask you what you (personally) prefer since it more of your vote SP weight that would be shared with everyone or weighed for you to have the bigger proportional stake. Or maybe something in between. Welcome anyone else to make further comments on this as well.
I'm not in it for the money, just sounds like a fun experiment. So I'm relatively indifferent to how you want to distribute it, maybe it's worth experimenting with different formulas and see how it goes.
Thank you for taking the time to respond. My initial attempted experiment fizzled out because of low post value. I agree with trying out different things. Then I shall start with each stake share being equal value for simplicity stake. This way will give back value to voters with higher and lower SP. While also adding value to lower SP holders shared from higher SP values which benefits both levels.
I think that this approach makes the most sense, as it becomes a tool to distribute SP to the minnows. As you might already be aware, it can be difficult to build SP from nothing.
Thanks to various initiatives like Steemsports posts and your poker stake posts, it's now possible for newcomers to have equal footing with the high-SP holders to gain SP. I think it's important that this platform has at least a couple of these options available to the community - it just seems fairer to me.
If high SP-holders want to increase their SP value, they can always look to curating - something that minnows are basically ruled out of having as an option to grow wealth.

Sounds good. Others here seem to be more into steak I mean stake as opposed to playing as much as us. Maybe my playing stake may help get the attention of some more interested players so I will bring back this idea and try to bring them both to life.
I'm still looking forward to playing in YrGrid. Maybe we can bring everyone in for a nice presentation, then play poker afterward as a reward! ( ^^)
