How is shooting and killing a 12 year old when you were aiming for someone else not negligent? Especially when It's your fucking job.

Tamir had a toy gun, Cops shot him within 2 seconds of arriving. City paid 6 million for that "negligence" but killer cops are still free. You cant justify that, don't try it will make you look stupid.

    Tamar rice modified his air soft pistol to appear real (removing the fluorescent tip) and pointed it at people. Tell me how much balls you have when someone points a firearm at you. You gonna take a shot just to be sure it's a real firearm?? A .45APC is just as lethal shot by a 12 year old as it is by a 40 year old
