Yes indeed! In the Philippines, the mental health is not that much prioritized so people speaking up their minds and asking their helps were often subjected to social stigma. For me, the most important thing is to speak up. It won't kill you asking for help. What would kill you is not asking for help and pretending everything else is just fine.
