You're the best @princessmewmew, congrats on 4 years for you!! When I think back to that time it makes me smile! Time does fly indeed! I totally agree with you, Chinese restaurants do look the same everywhere!!!! I often giggle about that one, the artwork, the serving area... all the same. General Tso's has to be done just right. I have only found one place that cooks it the right way, unfortunately not here!! We have often thought about going back to that city just to have it. Slightly crunchy chicken, spicy with a light slightly sweet sauce. I have made it as well, but I haven't gotten the chicken just right. I think I'll have to try again.
