Fasting is a topic I am definitely actively researching more! There are so many different methods from mild to a bit tougher like what you are doing. I can definitely see the benefits to some, though each person has to find what works for them! I am finding I feel good with @porters method. Since I am so active I can't go whole days without nutrients, but making sure to leave a longer time overnight without food seems to work really well for me currently. I look forward to hearing more about your journey with it!

Thanks for reading, @plantstoplanks. Yes, there are some variations of fasting. After a few weeks, we will change to another one. We are thinking about the 5/2 method. With this, you have 2 days of fasting in a week.
